Spicy Scorched Bonnets Honey Glazed Wings 

These wings are the perfect balance of heat and sweet—sticky, crispy, and packed with flavor. 

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs chicken wings

  • 1 tbsp baking powder (for extra crispiness)

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

  • 2 tbsp Scorched Bonnets pepper spread

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (or air fryer to 375°F).

  2. Pat wings dry with paper towels and toss them with baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

  3. Bake or air fry for 40-45 minutes (flipping halfway) until crispy and golden brown.

  4. Meanwhile, make the glaze: In a small saucepan, melt butter, then stir in Scorched Bonnets, honey, soy sauce, and vinegar. Simmer for 1-2 minutes.

  5. Toss the crispy wings in the spicy honey glaze until fully coated.

  6. Serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing and extra Scorched Bonnets on the side!
