Spicy Scorched Bonnets Honey Glazed Wings
These wings are the perfect balance of heat and sweet—sticky, crispy, and packed with flavor.
Ingredients:

2 lbs chicken wings

1 tbsp baking powder (for extra crispiness)

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp smoked paprika

2 tbsp butter, melted

2 tbsp Scorched Bonnets pepper spread

2 tbsp honey
-
1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425°F (or air fryer to 375°F).

Pat wings dry with paper towels and toss them with baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Bake or air fry for 40-45 minutes (flipping halfway) until crispy and golden brown.

Meanwhile, make the glaze: In a small saucepan, melt butter, then stir in Scorched Bonnets, honey, soy sauce, and vinegar. Simmer for 1-2 minutes.

Toss the crispy wings in the spicy honey glaze until fully coated.
